You'll be the first friendly face our customers see. You'll process titles, registrations, REAL ID applications, and more — live in the State of Alaska's system — with a hospitality-first attitude.
What you'll do
- Greet customers and walk them through DMV transactions
- Process titles, registrations, and ID/REAL ID applications
- Double-check paperwork before submission
- Keep the front counter calm, clean, and welcoming
What we're looking for
- Strong communicator who likes solving problems
- Comfortable with computers and detail-heavy paperwork
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- No DMV experience needed — we train you and pay for certification
